** spoiler alert **
           the first few chapters started off great and i was so excited when finn was revealed to be the prince. but it started to stagnate a bit and idk if it's cause i was reading a book at the same time but it didn't have me as hooked. 

the second half however?!! chefs kiss

i love that the story is kind of predictable in the sense that the clues are dropped for you to put two and two together. i KNEW her mum would have something to do with the curse being the human oberon loved but i also was worried that brie would be his CHILD and then her and finn would be sIBLINGS but NO 
I HAD THE WRONG SIBLING!!! 

that twist ending had me reeling. i never liked sebastian, and knew he was up to no good. im mad that she bonded with him even though she didn't want to bond at all, she should've stuck to her wits and nOT DONE THAT AND NOW LOOK

Had to skip some chapters at the end because it became so boring. Not sure if I will read the sequel tbh.
