I loved this book so much. I feel like the characters were really balanced and well-written. the storyline was super interesting and it made it so easy to devour. I felt so bad for Daisy, her story is one that I feel many women can relate to on one level or another. her character felt so fleshed out. she had a personality, she was feisty and in the end, she wasn't ashamed about what she wanted. we love to see women being unapologetically happy. everything in this book felt so intentional. there was nothing that felt rushed and out-of-place. the spice was amazing, the romance was captivating and the plot was interesting. a triple whammy for me. I also love that there was a happy ending. I'm a big fan of HEAs 💘 this was my first read by Lily Gold but it won't be the last because it is breathtaking. I think I have found a new author to join my favourites 💗
