The only reason I gave this book 4 stars was because the beginning seriously bored me. Way too much blabbing and junk that I honestly contemplated putting it down. But I struggled through and it was a pretty good book. Not as great as others she has written but still suspenseful and will leave you guessing.

Aside from being a product of its time (written in 1999 a less gay-friendly time) this novel was fast paced and had a surprise ending. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will look for more titles by this author.
