           I liked the idea of it but it was quite hard to really be interested in the book. I didn’t like the main character as much too but I guess we all have preferences. I wish Ava, the best friend, was given more scene and perhaps helped AB to figure out how to stop Lucy from writing her life. I think it would’ve been more interesting that way instead of having Will do it.

This was SUCH A COOL PREMISE but ultimately Literally did literally nothing for me and I had to take a massive step back. After a few months of it just sitting on my bedside table, I asked myself: am I ever going to connect with this one? The answer was no, so I donated it to someone who DID end up appreciating it more than I ever could. 

Literally was very unique in plotline. At times, it felt like it had the potential to really pick up and be a delight. If only it could stop tripping over itself. While Lucy Keating did as much as she could with her story, it really just fell flat for me and dragged on and on without reaching its full potential.

I think that my taste is very particular as of late and Literally just wasn't my cup of tea. As always, if the synopsis seems to be intriguing to you, never take my review as gospel. It is not me being hateful, and what didn't work for me may be something that works for you.

I found Dreamology by a lucky mistake and absolutly loved it. So of course I needed to from Lucy.
Literally is amazing. A nice easy lovly read. I love the characters and the honesty. That they have problems with each others and talk to each other and not wonder half of the story what the other one meant with saying this and that.
Sad, it isn't going on.
