Little Labors

It's mostly amusing, strangely insightful, and mighty cute! The narrative style is intriguing in the rawest way, sometimes almost like peering into naked stream of thoughts before they're garnished and ready for human speech. It also hints at her curiosity on welcoming her fresh little human, and perhaps compromised sobriety from lack of sleep as she handled motherhood for the first time. Tbh i thoroughly enjoyed the first half but the rest is just okay. 3,6
