I was so excited when I heard theres a new book is coming and I really cannot wait for it. As soon as it come out I was nervous on how this book will turn out. 

Annnnnnddddd, I’ve read it and it turn out just as beautiful as the others. I mean how can it now, we’re talkin Aboud Alex Waters and Rook Bowman kids here. Two MOST easy going couple. I love everything about this book. 

I’m glad that this isn’t all about Hockey. I’m sure you guys gonna love it.

An emotional, angst-ridden story about two childhood friends who learned to rely on one another to cope with their anxiety, only when it got to be too much, their families tore them apart. Now as college students, they must navigate adulthood and try to avoid falling into old behaviors, only problem is they've fallen in love.

the author's note in the end <3 It was great seeing all the characters from Pucked and All in series as parents and raising their kids, especially Lance and Poppy, and Randy and Lily. Seeing the kids take after their parents was wonderful. The passage about BJ (Randy and Lily's son) having a whole garden of lily tattoos on his chest because he loves his mom so much AHH cute! Seeing Kody being such a mama's boy was great!! I remember there was a part in Kody POV that said that he likes his dad, he loves his mom HAHA I remember him being a baby in A Lie for a Lie and now he's an angsty college heartbreaker. I'm glad Charlene and Darren were mentioned, I was a little worried bc they were not present in the All in series. I remember there was a mention of Charlene taking Rose to rehearsal soo I'm assuming they had a kid ahhhhhhh

I totally got wrapped up in Lavender and Kodiak’s story. 

When you think New Young Adult angst and drama comes to mind. It’s that whole cusp into adulthood and letting go of the childish ways. Finding your path in the world. It was a bumpy path but they make it to their destination a-ok. 

It’s somewhat of a slow build but it’s important to the story and understanding the characters. Parts will break your heart; others will put a smile on your face and then there is the steam heat ... all good in my book.

This was a fun trip back into the Pucked/All In world! Whether you have read those series or not, this book has a little something for everyone. I really enjoyed seeing a more vulnerable hero and the real struggles on a relationship when people are very dependent on one another. My two favorite OG couples are Violet/Alex & Lainy/RJ, so when I found out the couple for this book would be their kids I was very intrigued. This book gave me everything I was looking for and all the feels. There were a couple of moments when I was thinking to myslef "ummm what is happening?!" but besides that i loved it! I definitely recommend picking this one up and if you haven't read the 2 previous series pick those up as well! 4.5/5 stars!

i love lavenderkody so much 🥺🥺🥺 though i felt like kody's development wasn't as good as lavender's was. 

i also love all the side characters and can't wait to read their books (i'm hoping the next book is bjlovey's)

Hands down: my favorite Helena Hunting book, and favorite romance of this year. I waited so long to read this book. Ever since H.H. made the announcement and teased us about this story, I was hyped up. 
Lavender and Kodiak are characters I already appreciated, given the fact that I had read The Pucked Series, and the All In Series, so actually getting to know their story, was amazing. 
I loved every second of the angst, the drama, the romance. Absolutely everything. It's probably a lot to ask for, but I would love it so much if there were books about the rest of the cast (River, Mav, BJ, Quinn, the Butterson Twins.
