I have been liking this series so far. I knew what the main synopsis was of this book and that all came together by the halfway point. But it still kept my attention throughout the book. While it may have been slower in some parts of the book I still really enjoyed the darker aspects of the book and the whole fantastical world of the fae vs elves. I think the first book was better than this one but this one was still good. It also helped build for the next book and I’m really excited to start it and do think that even though it’s a new couple it’s important to read these books to enjoy the latter ones more.
