Coldhearted King

Rating : ⭐ (i’d give only 0.5 stars, but only for the spicy chapters, i’m giving it one) 

Tropes : strangers to lovers, one night stand, workplace romance, boss au. 

Pacing : good, but I just couldn’t read further. 

What I loved : I only loved the descriptions, and the way it starts, it’s vivid, one can imagine what is happening. 

What I struggled with : I didn’t like the one night stand au, because I’m not a fan of club themes, so that was off putting for me, but the writing was good enough for me to skip chapters, maybe I’ll go back and read it again, but not now. 

Loveable characters or not : likeable, but only to an extent. 

Any other details : cole’s character is a bit of an asshole, and I hated the way he just picks up Delilah from the club, and starts fantasising about her while they are talking at the club, I mean please show the attraction in a better way, not always with the “i couldn’t wait to fuck her” ugh.
