The Plot. I thought that the idea for this book was really great because it was a destined romance that seemed would never happen. I thought that the plotline was great and loved how the author used different elements to really bring the conflict about.

The author’s writing style was good and she managed to bring the characters into the three-dimensional world. I also lived how the author set up the book and the settings she used to be a background to some important parts to the book.

Emmy & Marcus. I thought that Emmy was a great character, but she seemed kind of whiny in some parts and this really got on my nerves. She would argue and make Marcus mad on purpose and then he would return the favor. Their bickering really distracted from the whole action part of the story. They both seemed really immature in some cases.

Marcus really got on my nerves in some cases because he seemed so dedicated to his girlfriend, yet if he was really that dedicated to her then why would he be so worried about Emmy? This whole thing was kind of confusing.

Other Characters. I was never sure if I was supposed to support the whole “Marcus & His Angel” or the whole “Marcus & Emmy”. So I wasn’t sure if I should like his girlfriend or not. The whole circumstances were so confusing throughout the book.

The End. While the end was confusing I did like how the author wrote the ending. It added a new element to the story as a whole.

Interesting book and I liked that it made angels not so angelic. The whole love story side of the story kinda made me go "eh". The whole back story about how Emmy's mother was raped and got pregnant should have been left alone and not changed so late into the story. I know that it is crucial to the story but still. I did like the story and will recommend it to those who love paranormal/fantasy/romance.
