           I read this trilogy and the first two books had no resolution concerning the fate of the main character and I kept reading expecting that to be taken care of in the 3rd book. It does, but I don't have to say that I liked it. The main character has leprosy. It never goes away. He's a pariah even after he saves the world. Lame.
