           Quick tl;dr, take extra time for yourself and best quit your draining job.

Some assumptions in book are bit twisted, only if book want to describe damaging effects of capitalism. 

I would say lot of tokenomics in web3 deny this book assumptions where anyone can create their dao and drive their own economy.

Book describes lots of exploitation of workers in favor of companies but I sense it's misses bigger picture of competition among human race. Which I sense rationale is about efficient and efficiency of resources of organization, whichever naturally leads to exploiting of workers (?)

Other than that, humans always choose in current era of abundance do something on their own.

I guess book more points on workers which will be soon out of job or who are doing marginally automatized jobs already yet they don't want to agree on that. That's how spirals society, paying higher those who adds value and exploiting those who aren't adding much sauce to their work.

Maybe is also good kick into UBI and how we are getting closer to reality of this.
