I honestly wish I read this so much sooner. This was so freaking on point to a relationship I went through and I wish I had read this directly after, or even during. These poems touch upon heartbreak and moving on when you know you deserve better but still being in love. Gomez reminds the reader to stand up for themselves and learning to love themselves can be more beneficial then being in an emotionally draining relationship. Beautifully written poems, I can’t wait to see what is coming next!
