Griffin's sparkling personality makes it difficult to narrow the list of suspects as the attempts on his life continue to mount.  

The Body in the Backyard is another rollicking adventure in the Riley Thorn series.  Filled with humor and quirky characters, the mystery and fun makes this an enjoyable read.  The love story between Riley and Nick also heats up as their relationship continues to grow and develop.  While the laugh out loud moments are fewer than previous entries in the series, there are still plenty of entertaining scenes to provide amusement.  The ending of the plot is a little bit out of the blue, but overall, The Body in the Backyard supplies an abundance of captivating reading.
