Okay so I'm a big Greys Anatomy fan and I'm not going to lie this book wasn't what I expected but was still so good. The scandalousness ( not sure if that's even a word) of this book made my jaw drop but also made me laugh. 

All in all it was a good and pretty easy read :)

I've been dying to read this book since I learned about it coming out last year, and I finally got it for Christmas! I don't usually read nonfiction books, and when I do, it's usually always centered around shows that I'm obsessed with, and I usually end up loving them and walk away learning a few new things, but this one was a miss for me. At first, I thought I would love it because I liked the way Rice was writing, but then it switched quickly to an interview format, and it wasn't overall bad, but I think the focal points got boring. I mean, I liked looking into how the show started and how it was a rough beginning, but I loved the chapters that focused on the episodes and characters, but that ended up only being 2-3 chapters out of 15. It was more focused on content that Entertainment Weekly had. It even states at the beginning of the book that it was pieced together through interviews that had happened over the years, so it didn't always feel like it fitted together very well. I just wanted more from it and now, looking back at the other books like this that I really liked, the people wrote them that the book is all about like Tia Torres' book My Life Among the Underdogs is all her own stories of the dogs she had in the past. I loved learning about her life from the TV show Pitbulls and Parolees, so having those first-hand stories was way more interesting than reading the interviews. But the show-specific discussions were a lot more fun because it was like a peek behind the curtains. But, overall, it just wasn't for me. But the parts that Rice wrote were nice, and I liked her writing.

It was really interesting to read some of the stories, but I don't see any particular order in this book. It just seems like a random quotes, sometimes even without connection. At some points I couldn't even find the main thought in chapter
