This was so unbelievably cheesy I had to skip through the last seventy pages.

I thought the most unrealistic part was this 17-year-old boys playlist.

I have sincere doubts that to get relaxed before a physically demanding hockey game a teenage boy would listen to The Black Dog by Taylor Swift. I can't even get down to that song as someone who used to be a hard core Swifty, much less a teen boy?!

Besides the playlist, I despise a misinformation trope. It's always so irritating, and I also hate insta-love. The cheesy way they talked to each other and the cheesy things that they did gave me second hand embarrassment.

I fear this one wasn't the one for me, and that's fine. Lynn Painter has made plenty of bangers, and this just isn't my flavor.
