Guide to the Eastern Mediterranean

This is a travel guidebook covering the major seaports and coastal destinations of the eastern Mediterranean--Italy and Greece. Each destination is described as far as features of the harbors and places to anchor, layout, sights and places of interest, and practical hints such as which currency to use, what languages are spoken, etc. The guidebook is useful as a brief cultural snapshot of each of these places in 1901.
