I like this book as in a AO3 story kinda way but not in a historical or mythological accuracy way

It is obvious that research was heavily involved for writing this book but the characters were changed a whole bunch to the author's liking. I don't really like reading about a wimpy incompetent Patroclus. I wanted to see the real definition of love between men as partners fighting the same war in the ancient greek and not a teenage love story

I still don't mind the writing but yeah I didn't really expect this when I started reading.

Akhilleus ile Patroklos’un ilişkisini Patroklos’un gözünden okuyorsunuz. Efsanenin bazı kısımları bildiğimizden daha farklı akıyor. Sadece aşk değil, savaş sürecine dair olayları da takip ediyorsunuz. Kesinlikle Kirke’den çok daha güzel ve sürükleyici bir kitap. Yunan ve Roma mitolojisi biraz ilginizi çekiyorsa çok seveceğiniz kitaplardan birisi olabilir.
