omg this book is so beautifully written and so smart (i wish i was smarter)

i didn’t really expect to like this one as much as i did since i’m not a huge fan of poetry, but god this was just so beautiful in all sorts of ways.

the way it explores the complexity of love and sexuality is not only lyrically fascinating, but is, most importantly, emotionally compelling. 

i don’t think i have ever been nosier about someone else’s relationship.

i thought the premise of this was interesting but in reality i found the story to be really lackluster and the form didn't add anything to the story. kinda gimmicky tbh...
