Okay here me out…. This book is pretty mediocre. Writing style, character development, the dialogue… All of it was very irritating to read and I rolled my eyes so much. The smut scenes were atrocious, I’ve read better in fanfic. However, I did finish it in two hours and I can’t help the fact that I feel a pull to read the other books in the series and that’s exactly what I’m gonna do until I get the ick and stop. 😂😅 Here are the characters: Marigold = not like other girls. bold. bratty. ANNOYING AF. Axel = provoking & hot Zak = boring & hot Paxton = controlling asshole & hot Hector = protector & hot Ofc there are other people in this story, but like they’re irrelevant since the other doesn’t really care about them anyways. Since this is a RH, I’m expecting that Hector & Axel are like are main links… Overall, I think I deserve .5 stars cause I want to slap this right in the middle of 2 & 3… I will round up instead of down since I will be reading the second book.
