Lots of good info, but if you've read alot of these types of books (Linchpin, The War of Art, Deep Work, Getting Things Done, etc) it's much more of a review than anything new and revolutionary.

I really enjoyed the way this book bypasses the ideas stage and heads right into how we can make those ideas a reality. I also enjoy the approachable writing style of Belsky - it makes it seem as though he's truly there to help us, not preaching nor coming at it from a pedestal. I think some of the information is somewhat common sense, but overall it's a well organized book that you can refer back to time and time again as you get stuck on projects.
