Axe Cop - now president of the world - reunites with his old college friend, Super Axe, and the two heroes soon dedicate themselves to defending America as the founders of the axe-wielding superteam called the American Choppers! Joined in short order by Captain Axe, Axe Girl, Axe Woman, Axe Dog, and other axe-wielding heroes, the Choppers make quick work of the world's bad guys - that is, until an evil and mysterious force unleashes a swarm of magical axe creatures, facing Axe Cop with his deadliest challenge yet!
