Mandatory reading for anybody living in really existing capitalist societies. The propaganda model is an incredibly useful analytical tool and theory that helps understand what is ideology, how it comes about and how it is enforced in modern societies. The methodical analysis and calm presentation of facts on a level of detail that is just staggering is what makes this book such a gripping reading experience.
A must read to help develop a deep understanding of how ideology and propaganda work in free societies. Back then as well as today.
