I managed to get the messages I was looking for in Chapter sixteen. I skipped all the therapy part.. cause feel like reading fiction. But got the synopsis in chapter fifteen. 
I like the part where diamond and the pure light from it, being used to explain how to shape ourselves. And message on balance and harmony in chapter sixteen 👍🏻. 
Got some message in ‘Afterword’ too. Thank you very much

In a literature sense, this book lacks quite a lot of key qualities. I am intrigued by the topics it tackles (past lives, regressions, etc.) however I feel that all of its relevant content could have been bottled up in a condensed blog post (thus avoiding lots of noise the narrative has).

It might be a good book if you’re interested in learning more about the afterlife, its just that you will surely find yourself skipping lots of pages just to get to the good content.

Interesante enfoque hacia la reencarnación a través de terapias, pero por alguna razón me esperé que el libro fuera algo más científico o verdadero, pero son solo relatos de un pseudo psicólogo que resultan bastante repetitivos.

Esta lectura fue muy interesante y todavía me cuesta creer que sea basado en una historia real, me cuesta creer que el tema de las reencarnaciones sea real, pero creo que estaría bueno que sí lo fueran. 
Todavía no sé muy bien qué pensar sobre este libro, pero como ya dije, la lectura fue sumamente interesante y, además, fácil de leer.

it gave me so much too think about. the idea of past existence is still debatable and this book gives you another account of reincarnation. I really enjoyed reading it and now I can never forget it. I'd seriously recommend it to anyone interested in this niche of philosophy.
