The Mysterious Half Cat

Dora Scott, an old friend of Judy's has returned to Farringdon with her little sister, Carol. Judy soon learns that Carol has a strange disability: she only responds to music and whistling. Then Judy learns that her friend expects her to find a way to solve Carol's problem. Judy has no idea of how to proceed, but while she is thinking about Carol, other problems are happening in Farringdon. The Chinese Laundry is the hub of strange goings-on, and someone is taking things from houses on Grove Street.
