I really liked the email part of the book I wish there were more chapters with them meeting. The epilogue was not that bad but I wish it was longer. I wasn’t a big fan of Jasmine she was a little self-centred and mean but I’m hoping for character development in her book.

WTF was that ending?? How the heck did they work out the whole relationship thing?? weren't they living in seperate states?? wasn't he going back to the middle east??? did he go back??? did he continue serving in the army?? where the heck where they living??? So this author is basically telling me i could get a shit load of chapters on people going to the beach, staring at each other, saying thank you to each other, having akward conversations and an obligatory sex chapter but she couldn't dedicate one measly paragraph or chapter to tying up lose ends?? Wow Mariana Zapata, wow, i feel betrayed. I read your book mehn, i read romance.. i deserve more than that ending to be honest.. Also everthing from like chapter 14 to chapter 24 was really bad.. That's basically when the IM's and Emails stopped.. and you get a female MC that is OMG a teenager living in a 24 year old woman's body whose first reaction to everything is to cry.. TF????!!!! You know this book was actually cool and i was actually going all guey and awwwww until the female MC started thinking, then everything went to shit.. oh poor me i don't have a boyfriend, oh poor me i'm shy, oh poor me Aaron said he likes me like a sister, oh poor me i put xoxo at the end of our chat are fucking kidding me?? (she went on for like a whole bloody chapter on that xoxo thing!! how was that even an issue?? All she had to do was not mention it and he probably won't have mentioned it too) This is why i don't read romance..hmmph!!!

half way thorugh reading this book I realised I read from lukov with love which has the sister which I loved. this book I really enjoyed I enjoy every mariana zapata book she’s amazing I think she’s the only author atm I would read every book and say it’s over 4 stars. I loved the delvopment and how they connected over social media and then in person.

wait.. was that the ending??!! Ruron AHHH <33 Overall, I enjoyed the format of how Ruby and Aaron's relationship was told which was through emails, letters, and ims. Omg hearing the two narrators talk and interact with each other on audiobook was great!! The story just felt very immersive when hearing their conversations along with actual laugh-out-loudings. The book ended with Ruby and Aaron's laughing sounds and even though, the ending wasn't specific on what happened with the couple, the vibes felt like: we're happily together. song that matches the book is Before You Exit's "Soldier" bc DUH the only notable con is how disgusted the characters were with Filipino food like with balut.. their overdramatic reaction seemed rude. I remember after reading that I was like um they're making such a big deal about the food and they didn't even try it. Balut is actually good

Mariana Zapata you did it again🤧 Me decepciona haber pospuesto está lectura porque disfruté muchísimo cada página, me reí tanto con sus correo electrónicos, con las bromas y la bonita amistad que formaron tan rápido. La verdad es que conocí a Ruby y Aaron antes de siquiera saber que tenía un libro propio jajaja si, el primer libro que leí de Mariana fue from Lukov with love y ahí Ruby y Aaron llevan años casados y tienen 3/4 hijos amamos🥰 La mitad del libro es de ellos enviadose correos electrónicos y quizás pareciera un tanto aburrido pero la verdad es que no me lo pareció, Mariana tiene esa habilidad de escribir libros de 500 páginas que nunca me parecen lo suficiente largos para toda la historia jajaja pero entonces Aaron la invitó a ese viaje, estaba realmente emocionada de que finalmente fueran a conocerse y oh por favor desde el primer momento son tan lindos cuando ella entró en pánico porque pensó que el no iría (por un segundo lo pensé también) y le compro una botella de agua y la cuido durante el pánico🥺 Hubo momentos incómodos entre ellos pero la mayor parte se la pasaron muy bien y fueron lindísimos 😭😭 y cuando por fin se confesaron sus sentimientos fueron más que perfectos Sin embargo en ese epílogo me faltó algo y también me habría gustado que hubiese estado narrado por Ruby y no en forma de mensajes:( Acá también vi a una Jasmine más joven, ni siquiera patinaba en parejas aún jajaja durante el libro no paso una buena etapa pero lo soluciono Aaron Tanner Hall eres tan perfecto y te amo mucho Ruby Santos mi niña te amo mucho y eres maravillosa❤️
