Honestly I think I enjoyed this a little more than the previous one in the series, I felt more connected to the characters. The plot was a little more complex and I like how there are multiple layers running through and how the stories do flow into each other. 

It’s a very interesting light and fun series which I recommend for fans of Georgette Heyer and modern historical fiction authors. It’s definitely more about the entertainment factor than anything else, and sometimes I think that’s all a book needs.
