More a voyeuristic dive into a handful of peoples relationship issues with very broad, surface level, thoughts and advice from someone with no qualifications to justify the whole thing. You don't learn anything about relationships, you just get the troubling glee of listening to other people talk about what's gone wrong with theirs edited for drama, and feel more than a little icky afterwards. It's entertaining but not for positive reasons. I liked the Trent Reznor anecdote, and don't disagree with the theory, but it was downhill from there.
