I don't mind books about war - but I do mind the jargon and the constant battles. This was a bit too much of the jargon and I couldn't stay with the thrills and suspicious paths of interest. It was a gift from my husband or I'd have never have picked it up. But it wasn't so bad I regret the read. That regret is for the audio book I am listening to now.
