DNF at 8%. I didn’t get this book. It was confusing to me and I just didn’t get it. Why is it set so far in the past? Tweetie would be 50 today. I strongly believe this book is set before most of its readers were born. Also, while we’re on the subject of Tweetie, Tweety bird (whom the character is named after) is spelt TweetY, not ie. I don’t know if this is a deliberate choice, but if so, I’d rethink it as I don’t think I’ll be the only one to pick up on this typo. It’s possible that if I had read this book further, I’d get a better understanding, but frankly, it didn’t hold my attention. I was really looking forward to reading this book, especially with it’s extreme sport subject matter, but I just couldn’t do it, sorry.
