  Masters at Arms
 is a "prequel" of sorts! We're introduced to 3 different men, with three different stories, all of their lives lacking, and all three of these men come together in the Marines, to later own a Fetish Club together. 


  Adam:
He's the oldest of the trio at 41, a widowed Dom/Master whose just recently lost his wife to cancer. He feels lost, not knowing what his purpose in life is anymore. He even contemplates taking his own life..then he meets Karla, a 16 year old runaway who's being harassed at the bus station that he's waiting at. They form a friendship and over 9 years keep in contact through letters. She saves him. (I can't wait for their book after Karla is all grown up). 


  Marc:
An experienced Italian Dom who has made a promise to himself to never let another woman into his heart after he found his "fiance" in bed with his own brother. This betrayal ruined his relationship with his brother and when his brother dies in battle, Marc never forgives himself for letting a woman ruin his last moments with his brother. 


  Damian:
A bus boy just out of Juvie who protects the beautiful Savannah from sadists that were torturing her at the approval of her father. They spend a beautiful day together at the beach, only to never see each other again after some misunderstandings. (Really looking forward to their story)

This story was so fascinating to me because I've never seen anything like it! I didn't think I would like this book very much but I found myself really enjoying all three of these men and wanting for them to get their HEA in their future books.
