It’d taken me the better part of an hour to put it together using the paper instructions and provided Allen wrench. It seemed so surreal, so ridiculous to be completing such a mundane task in the middle of all this. 

We are guest stars, Carl. It's too dangerous for a show to have guest stars that are more lnteresting than the main character. That's why they killed Barb on Stranger Things.

I really enjoyed the first half but the second half to me almost felt like it was dragging on at some points. I am intrigued to see how he is going to manage finishing SO many plot points. I know there are a lot more books left however I am scared that he has bitten off more than he can chew.

Mais pra 3,75. Se eu fosse comparar essa série com o MCU esse livro seria guardiões da galáxia 2: bom, mas o primeiro é melhor e provavelmente o próximo também vai ser. (Entrei num esquema de pirâmide, mas iupi vamos ao próximo livro)

Fantastic. The only thing is that the book really only covers one level. Still, I plan to read more in the series. It's great, a new genre for me, which I find really enjoyable. I would hope that the series has been finished being written so I can get to the end of it this year, but we'll see I guess.. Carl and Donut are so loveable it's just a wonderful romp through the world and you cannot wait to see what happens next at every turn that comes through.
