This book, for me, is the epitome of average. The author does not include any profound insights but does give some pretty unique tools that I hope to apply to my own training. Despite his comments to the contrary, the book is a little to weight-loss focused for my taste. This book definitely could be useful if the included tools/techniques are implemented.
