Yeah, more Fables! I was eyeing the game, but since I am a business laptop sort of person, my computer just did not want to cooperate. But then the comic came out, so yeah! I miss the original Fables art as the illustrations in this volume are a bit all over the map. The story is fun though. It's a noir where readers follow Bigby around trying to solve a series of murders that take place before the main Fables series. The Wolf Among Us as a comic is nothing outstanding, but it feels so nice to come back to these characters, and the writers keep the characters in character. Volume 2 is already on hold at the library!

4.5 stars! Loved this! So much like the game, basically is exactly like the game, but the graphic novel has so much more info, more backstory. it was nice to find all that out. Very quick read.
