This. This is my fave so far. 
Jules struggling for with body image is something EVERY person can identify with. And having someone like Berk close by who loves to eat whatever she makes, it just makes the story better. He doesn’t go on about how much “bigger” she is. Or how she’s “better” because she has “some meat on her bones”. 
I struggled with my weight growing up - even as a teen when I weighed next to nothing, and hearing that “real men” like girls with a “bit of meat on her bones” hurt me more than I’d care to admit. 
So to not read words or sentences that put a certain weight down but made all feel good about their skin, that’s what hit me. That’s what people need to think about when they talk about weight. 

But all in all. I love this story and I love Berk.
