Fate of a Royal

The simple word I have come up with when I finished this book is: chaotic. I think what really deterred me while reading this book was the writing in the book. It was really everywhere and felt so jumpy. The world building was nonexistent. I actually have a very limited idea of what happened by the end of the book. Like there was hockey in here but barely any of it. It was a lot of parties but so chaotically done I had no idea what it was adding to the book. But what I want to note is the last chapter of the book. There was a 180 done from the rest of the book to that last chapter. I was really invested in what was happening and the cliffhanger left me wanting to know what happens next. I’m just conflicted from the writing style not being the best, from the confusing plot, but I understood it enough to know that there is more to be learned. It’s a weird case of “I don’t know how I feel.”
