I reread this today 08/18/21 mainly because I want to do a video about, but also because I want to do a review of the volumes.

Pink Pearl is a very girly manga with old tropes and references that I could almost swear people might get offended nowadays. 

Our heroine Tamako is 13 years old and our love interest is 17 years old, Kanji. And 10 years ago they met and somehow made a promise to get married once Tamako grew strong and stopped been a cry baby! Pretty sweet! 

I feel that the rating after a couple of years changed to 3.5 it did made my heart flutter once and that it’s a lot, considering how this new mangas are kinda lame sometimes 🥱😬 

I love how Kanji’s character walks a fine line between a serious guy still hot and a scary guy, poops in your pants scared type of guy.

I think this is the type of Manga that makes you YEARN! For this characters to get together, but for many (legal) reasons the won’t until the last minute… I could be wrong!

Even though I already read this tears back I’m sooo surprised I remember almost nothing!! 😂 also surprised of how very few volumes this it! Still cannot wait to start the next one!
