This is a perfect first book if you want to introduce yourself into meditation, but don’t know exactly how, or if you’re still struggling to make it a habit.

I have been meditating for 10 years, and it collects the most common issues I’ve faced myself, and I have also heard other people say whenever talking about meditation. Each chapter address each one of these in the most Dan Harris fashion: funny and easy to understand.

I used both the written book and audio format, and I highly recommend listening to it if that’s your thing. As someone who often listens to his podcast 10% happier, I considered the audiobook a joy. It also switches to the voice of Jeff Warren with each one of the mediations which makes it even more rounded.
