I didn’t think I would like this book much going into it, but I really loved it. It’s a good family story with a lot of very cute couples ❤️

I initially wasn’t sure what to think of this as it follows 3 siblings and their love lives, but I quickly became attached as they are all intertwined and go from distant to working together as a team after some hard truths come to light. Loved it.

This book was so not at all what I was expecting and initially I wasn’t sure how I felt about reading a book following three siblings and each of their love interests, but holy shit it was done incredibly well. 

This story was so much more than just a romance. I loved the emphasis on the importance of family, but also about how the journey to finding yourself and what you want to do in life is damn hard. I think she did such a good job at tackling really tough issues surrounding mental health and just an overall feeling of being lost. Felt very relatable and real. 

There were plenty of raw and emotional moments, but also, this book was hilarious. Meghan Quinn is one of the only authors that can legit get me to laugh out loud. Her characters are always so witty and funny and the banter is top tier - this book was no different. 

Super glad I picked this one up and can’t wait to read another book by her!!

I liked everybody at the end.
I loved Nora, Larkin, Beau, Cooper and Ford from the beginning but Palmer was just so fucking annoying. Just during the whole goddamn book but in the ending she wasn't as bad as I thought she would be.

The ending was just a bit short but there was happening a lot so didn't hate it.

Pre-ordered this book and read it in like 3 weeks so that's says a lot, but i did like the book I think it was just a bit slow at times.

Laugh out loud funny. Also, cried multiple times. Such an amazing book. The relationships, the family, the connections. Absolutely a favorite.

Martin and Peggy Chance are about to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with their three children.  Blood brothers, Ford and Cooper were adopted by the Chances when they were young, and Peggy became pregnant soon after with Palmer.  All three kids have come back home to plan the party but are stunned when they find out that their parents plan to sell their home and move to the city.  Old grievances surface between the siblings as they find themselves involved with love interests from their pasts.  The progeny must learn to deal with one another before they can effectively maintain any kind of relationships with others.

The Reunion is a masterful storytelling of 4 intertwined couples and the lives and losses they've had to endure.  Topics such as job loss, therapy, and adoption are all addressed in this book that deals with the crumbling relationships the siblings have created through the years and the origins of their issues with one another.  All of the characters are likable and well developed as their stories unfold and the POVs of the three siblings and their love interests are presented.  The conclusion of the story seems to quickly remove obstacles facing the couples, but it is made clear that they all have a long way to go before their problems will been solved.  Overall, The Reunion is an excellent family drama with realistic issues combined with many laugh out loud moments that make this well worth the read.
