When Gema was released from prison to participate in a broadcast survival game, she knew she was the underdog and could die. Not a Puregen, a lame leg and no wilderness skills held her back. Still, she had a glimmer of hope for a future free from prison. This planet was beautiful, and so was her Puregen competitor. Kellac was kind, too. But there was definitely no future with him. He came from the highest tier of society, and she came from the lowest. She would enjoy his presence for now. Too bad they were always surrounded by flying cameras.
