Little Mushroom! What an adorable story with so much depth! Beware of my light spoilers ;) I couldn't put I down. There were so much despair and dark undertones. 

The author really wanted to shock its readers and it did just that! Be ready for death and tragedy! This is a story about human survival told by a mushroom (and sometimes a human.) From page one I was completely hooked. 

There were a lot of scientific explanations which also added layers of depth. It was easy to immerse myself in the whole story. The romance and comedy are very subtle. And its presence helps reduce the depressing atmosphere in the story, especially in the early chapters.

This story does have a happy ending which I doubted many times! It was definitely heartbreaking to work my way through but the ending was well-deserved. 

What a journey!

This story is so beautiful even with the dark and sad undertones. I hope that readers won't get scared off by the angst and drama and give this one a chance because this is truly a wonderful story worth reading.
