one thing that bugged me! its stated her character has severe OCD and that was not brought up or shown as much as it should for it being "severe." heavy complaint on that, unfortunately. the build-up honestly felt like it took forever to finally reach the gore and rage. everything happened in the last pages which is something i usually dislike </3. i feel like gia's revenge could've been even more intense than ripping and eating his literal guts out (yay). as a whole, i felt pretty disconnected with gia's character :( i didn't find myself caring if she lived or died in the process omg. i wanted to love this book with how much good reviews i've seen for it, but unfortunately it missed the mark for me personally.
