Genetically engineered Ichigo and her fellow Tokyo Mew Mew members face an attack on the waters around Japan, the threat of the terrifying Deep Blue, and a dome enclosing Tokyo, while Ichigo's romance with Masaya is complicated by the Blue Knight.
