Angel and the Box of Time

Angel's grandfather is a travelling showman. He has a magic box from which a goat appears in a puff of smoke and dances for the roadside audience. But the box hides another kind of magic, for when Angel looks through its keyhole she sees the goat dancing for her great grandfather and his father before him and his father before him, back back in time through all the places the family has come from.
