Where was the thrill? So predictable, completely boring throughout the second half.

           Alright so this wasn’t the best thriller ever but the way all of these woman came together was really powerful for me. I feel like this was deeper than just a mystery book trying to figure out what happened and it was really beautiful to watch how all of these women helped each other. I did correctly guess who hurt Sylvie, it was really obvious but I think the author did a great job at hiding who Wells really was because I really thought he was gonna be innocent in all of this. Jade was a refreshingly amazing character too, not the typical oblivious/dumb main character, but really strong and wise. I love reading that in a book. If the book didn’t have these strong female characters I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed it as much. Although it was pretty obvious what happened, I really enjoyed the authors writing and I wanna read more from her now.
