Where was the thrill? So predictable, completely boring throughout the second half.

** spoiler alert ** Alright so this wasn’t the best thriller ever but the way all of these woman came together was really powerful for me. I feel like this was deeper than just a mystery book trying to figure out what happened and it was really beautiful to watch how all of these women helped each other. I did correctly guess who hurt Sylvie, it was really obvious but I think the author did a great job at hiding who Wells really was because I really thought he was gonna be innocent in all of this. Jade was a refreshingly amazing character too, not the typical oblivious/dumb main character, but really strong and wise. I love reading that in a book. If the book didn’t have these strong female characters I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed it as much. Although it was pretty obvious what happened, I really enjoyed the authors writing and I wanna read more from her now.
