a short review cannot completely encompass the love I have for this trilogy--brandon sanderson really is a god with his stories :"" the way he pieces together his stories,, ACROSS THE WHOLE TRILOGY is just so immaculate, detailed, and magical. HIS WORLDBUILDING, OH MY ! this world was just wonders on wonders, and learning about everything, the history, the prophecies, the fantasy, was just so much to take in, and it was a wonderful experience. it's honestly so amazing that sanderson was able to piece together such a well-planned world, everything tied together so well and was so fascinating to discover while devouring this book. this book is honestly just MINDBLOWING. storytelling on a whole another level.

I would rate the 1st and 3rd book as a 5, however the second book drags on quite a bit. So, I would rate the 2nd book a 4. The conclusion to the trilogy is totally worth sticking through the middle drag!
