Guys, Mister Hockey was so flipping good. It was funny and light and completely addictive. It was also pretty darn hot and sexy. I'm not going to lie, I cheesy grinned my way through the biggest part of this one. Oh, I also read it in one sitting because I just couldn't stop once I started. 

We're all bookworms here. It's super easy to put yourself in Breezy's shoes in this book. Imagine, if you will, that you're a librarian and your biggest celebrity crush shows up to volunteer at your library. And more than that, he seems legit interested in your awkward self. Dream come true, right? YES. That's the level of fun, swoony, sexy romance you can expect from this book. I loved it so much. 

Jed and Breezy were such a great pair. Opposites really did attract here and it was wonderful. I loved their flirty banter, their crazy chemistry and the deeper feelings that developed along the way. It was easy to get behind the idea of these two. Jed was so sweet and kind, under all that tough hockey man exterior. Breezy was smart and funny and, as I said above, totally relatable. I loved that Jed really saw her. She deserved that. 

If you're looking for a fun and sexy book to devour poolside, on the beach or, you know, while you're literally chilling in the A/C this summer... THIS is the one. It was a great start to a new series that I'm ridiculously excited about. The set up for the second book, Head Coach, was so perfect. I can't wait for that book. And I'm already dying to get my hands on the third book, whatever it's called, because I NEEEEEEED Donnelly's book. But I digress, do yourself a favor and snatch this one up. You won't be sorry.
