this volume was a bit boring

4.75 ⭐️

I enjoyed this volume a lot, actually! I see from other reviews that there’s an anime and I can see why. It seems to be paced well and the story line is clear and interesting.

Sinha = automatic 5 star review. loved. devoured. i love our famished family 🥰🥺

YESSSSS OMG ITS HAPPENING PEOPLE STAY CALM!

** spoiler alert ** Not only was this volume FULL of light hearted and laughable moments it was also filled with an amazing Yona and Hak moment😍 and I am pretty positive Jaeha is the biggest HakYona shipper

Kind of a jokey volume. Finally got the blue dragon story, but I wasn't too happy with how it came out. Tae-Jun sure appears a lot in this episode too.

Intriguing start. Definitely getting a sense that there's a greater truth that's obscured. I wonder what lies in both the past and future for these characters? Anyway, the circumstances seem almost tragic.

Like seeing Yona's character growth moment. Although she does spend most of this volume in shock. Hak and the Wind Tribe characters seem pretty fun. I like the reoccurring joke about Hyeong-dae being dead.

Seeing Yona learn and grow as a character is pretty fun. I like the addition of Yun and the white dragon to the crew, the party is really starting! Enjoyed the montage where Yona learned to shoot a bow, it makes me want to take up archery.

Awesome volume. Love the group dynamic now. Also, the story about Ao and the blue dragon is sweet and sad.

What a pretty cover! Another excellent arc. Blue Dragon's such a sweet character, and green dragon is very interesting. Pretty fun adventures.

Pu-Kyu continues to be cute. Still loving this group of characters. Green Dragon is an interesting addition to the team personalitywise. But the true star of this volume is the lady pirate Captain Gi-Gan. Awesome! I'm also really loving Yun as a character. I love his intelligence and his personality is very amusing to me.

Ah, I thoroughly enjoyed the trip through pirate town. Good characters, good story arc, good villain. I also enjoyed the post-arc stories. They were interesting and fun too.

Yellow dragon is a bit underwhelming compared to the other dragons so far, but he seems alright. Loved the Su-Won substory.

Wow, that was one of my favorite story arcs yet. Like who'd have thought Tae-Jun would be MVP of the volume? What a character arc.

Kid Yona, Hak, and Su-Won stories! Pretty good and it fills in Su-Won's backstory. Kind of a change of setting at the end. I can't help but wonder in what direction this story is going. It's pretty cool that they're rebuilding the infrastructure of the land, but the task seems so daunting, I'm not sure how long they can spend telling those kind of stories.

Ooh, seems like war is coming.

That was fun. I haven't read this series in a while, but it's like hanging out with old friends. And it starts off with a pretty great battle. I wish we could have hung out with the dragons more, but we get a lot of great characters being cool guys in this story, and that's fun too.

Still enjoying this story arc. Everyone seems to be working hard. I've been thinking this a while, but they really like doing the crazy scream face lately.

Yona is on a drug trafficking case! It's neat to see them investigate and solve problems in a different way. Riri's ladies, Ayura and Tetra are hilarious. I laughed out loud at several of their antics.

End of the water tribe arc. Ooh, the setup pays off, in a way I didn't expect. I didn't really like the cover, it's just Hak glowering, but it makes sense in context.

Kind of just okay after the last story arc. The only real new character is the kid and most of the dragons aren't really in this one.

I had no idea that Zeno's story would be this way. Pretty touching!
