The book was good, but a lot of the terminology used took it a bit over my head. The insights were interesting, but sparse. If you don't have some sort of background in biology and chemistry it's a somewhat difficult book to follow, and the points don't land as well.

Overall though it was quite interesting, and definitely challenged my apparently 20th century worldview on neuroplasticity. Generally an interesting topic and this book is worth the read.
