So this is about Logan, Shannon's brother, the one who went to jail and blah blah. This review may have some spoilers... After reading Shannon/Cole book (in which I ended up very dissapointed bc I love little Cole) I didn't expected much from this book, well really there are only 2 books I can say I really liked in this serie, the others are just "blah", and well this one also was. Logan was very mean at the beginning, and yeah buddy I get it, you went to jail, but that doesn't give you the right to be such a jerk. Grace had a mean family and that's why she was so insecure, but I felt like the insecure card came into the game like a surprise every time it was needed to justify something she did. I only liked Maia, who compeltely appeared of nowhere, like seriously it was from a moment to another with not real development (or that's how I felt) I know the situation was meant to be like that, but anyways It was a book that I wanted to read just because I wanted to end this serie of books, I wasn't expecting much so it was entertaining, but also pretty boring at some point, it was more of the same.

It's never easy to say goodbye to a much loved series, but when it ends on a high note – and with a character whose story you've been dying to get – it makes it a little easier. That's definitely the case with Moonlight on Nightingale Way. What started out as an antagonistic relationship between new neighbors Logan and Grace turned into quite a lovely romance during this book. I loved watching prissy Grace and "bad boy" Logan lock horns. Their banter was great. But, as much as I enjoyed their initial interactions, I loved reading along as they got to know each other and built a friendship – and then more. I was a fan of Grace from the beginning. She was easy to relate to and I liked her a lot. I wanted the best for her. I wasn't entirely convinced it was Logan. And I truly don't she and the Logan we get to know at the beginning of this book would've stood a chance together. It's only after he receives life-altering news and begins down a more stable path that I really found myself rooting for him. Rooting for them. Logan's character growth is phenomenal. And, even though I wanted to smack him more than once during the course of this book, he was a great guy under it all. He and Grace were a fantastic pair. I won't get into Logan's story because of spoilers, but if I'm being honest I have to say I *almost* loved the situation he was going through more than I did the romance. It came so very close to outshining the romance – and I don't mean that in a bad way. The big revelation, combined with the character growth that resulted from it and the way it shaped his relationships going forward, made this book special. It was the resulting storyline that pulled the most emotions from me, especially when Grace was involved and relating it so very strongly to her own past. I know I'm being vague, but it's intentional. Some stories are just best when experienced and this is one of them. Much like the other books in this series, the events of this book had a way of punching me in the feels. It also made me smile. It was sexy and sweet – and with a bit of angst, of course – and nearly impossible to put down once I started reading it. Fans of the series will undoubtedly enjoy this addition, as well as the peek into the lives of ALL the earlier couples in the series. As much as I'm looking forward to seeing what Samantha Young gives us next, I will definitely miss these characters. I received a copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

4/5★ Trigger warnings: addiction ; abandonment ; prison This was a really good haters-to-friends-to-lovers romance! Logan is an incredible character, and I absolutely love how caring he is for the ones he cares. He is super responsible and would do anything for his family, and especially his sister. I love him for that. Grace also is an interesting character, and her family situation moved me a lot. She is so strong and so nice. A person who grew up in a "dark" place and who still became a loving-person with a golden heart. Truly, she deserves all the happiness in the world. Also the two together are stunning! Such a powerful couple. I love their dynamic and truly enjoyed the tension the author built between the two of them. This book is a wonderful story about forgiveness, acceptation and true family. Tropes: haters-to-lovers ; neighbours ; single dad ; forced proximity
