I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't just a little bit disappointed that The Perdurables didn't continue where The Parallax ended. I've been needing more of this story since I rad the last pages of that book. That being said, The Perdurables turned out to be a book I didn't know I needed and now can't go without.

The Perdurables gives us the story of Fa and Meren. In this world it's clear there is some magic and some still even a bit hidden. We've had signs of this existing, but this book gives us more information and history. This author was able to get me hooked on this story only after a little introduction and worldbuilding! Of course, I'm already familiarwith it after reading the previous books, but this gives us just a little bit more!

I read this book in just about one sitting, it was that good! I just couldn't put it down. Fa and Meren's adventure is filled with twists and turns I didn't see coming, adventure, love, sacrifice and two strong and amazing characters. I think this book shows us just how much someone can accomplish when really wanting to fight for their world and not taking no for an answer. I don't want to give away too much of this story, because you really need to experience it for yourself. I can say I did love the little glimpses we got of the story we already know and love.

If I'm being honest, I need more of Fa and Meren. I've really come to love them after reading this book. I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of them, but I would be lying if I didn't say I need another book with just them, haha. Morgan G.Farris did it again and hit me in all the feels. I don't think I'll ever have enough of this series!
